STUDIO POLICES

LY-BROWS STUDIO operates by Appointments Only. We have great respect for our clients and artist time, we kindly ask you to follow our policies.

Photo Submit

Clients must get approval prior to booking an appointment, submission of your eyebrows picture like sample below. Please send it by via email or text message info 703-850-0030.

  • Photos must be free of makeup and/or filters

  • Clear and taken in good lighting

  • Please inform me if ANY prior work has been done on the procedure area, (regardless of how old or faded the tattoo is).

  • 2 photos will be required: (Photo examples below)

  • Returning clients of Lybrows Studio requesting an Annual Touch Up must submit the 2 photos of their current tattoo before booking. (

  • Failure to text the required info can result in a forfeit of deposit and cancelation of appointment.

Consultation

Prior to booking any permanent makeup services, we require an online consultation so we can evaluate your health & general medical history to make sure you are the right candidate for the selected treatment as well as understanding your beauty goal and expectations so we know how to help you by choosing the right permanent cosmetic make up services for you. 

✦ Late Arrivals
Call/text us if you are running behind.
Late arrivals can impact your service plans, and unfairly delay the appointment start time of the following guests. Please call or text us if you will be up to 15 minutes late. More than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and the booking fee will be forfeited.​


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Changes can be made up to 48 hours after confirming and appointment using the link inside your confirmation email. Any changes after 48 hours of confirming will be considered final and secured. 

​Please keep in mind that missed appointments and improper notice for cancellations/rescheduling leaves gaps in the schedule; this prevents us from accommodating other guests waiting for service. As a courtesy, we send a reminder email 2days prior to your appointment, and another reminder email & SMS 48 hours prior. In the event that we cannot get a hold of you, it is still your responsibility to arrive on time for your appointment, in order to avoid late arrivals and missed appointment fees.

​Canceled  appointments will result in a forfeited booking fee.

Missed appointments will incur a 100% service fee.
Ly-brows  Studio makes every effort to accommodate scheduling requests without penalties, however, we reserve the right to enforce our policies as necessary.

Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, once a treatment has been carried out we do not offer any refunds. ​​

✦ Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse our services to anyone demonstrating aggressive or inappropriate behavior towards guests or staff members.
 
✦ Deposit 
$100 booking deposit is required to book any procedure at Ly-Brows Studio.  Without a deposit, no appointment time or date can be confirmed or secured and you can pay it through PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of your appointment, the appointment will not be scheduled and you will lose your spot. NO PHONE CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT.

Deposits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE OR NON-TRANSFERABLE. Please ensure you read all information thoroughly before securing a deposit and will be deducted from the total price that is to be paid on the day of the procedure.

Consent Forms 
All forms must be filled out at studio before your tattoo procedure.

✦ Included Follow Up Session ( Brows sections)

New initial services include an initial and a follow up appointment. Follow ups must be scheduled in 4-6 weeks for best results.

If you are a returning client of ours and you need to schedule a touch up appointment, please text us at 703-850-0030 with your both eyebrows picture. Touch-up price is calculated since your last paid appointment

TRAINING POLICIES

All payments are non-refundable,

Non-Refundable $500 is required to secure your seat in our trainings and a  Microblading Kit will be ordered on your behalf, which you will receive at the live training once payment balance has been verified as paid.
