Please take the time to carefully review these STUDIO POLICIES ("Agreement") before scheduling an appointment or utilizing services, as your access signifies your acceptance of this Agreement. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call.
REQUIRED DEPOSIT
LY-BROWS INC is strictly by appointment only. We value the time of our clients and artists, and we request that you adhere to our DEPOSIT POLICIES. For all new appointments, a $200 deposit will be charged to your card secure your booking. This amount will be processed immediately, and the balance is payable on the day of your appointment.
Terms & Policies
PAYMENT POLICY
A non-refundable booking of $200 is required for online reservations to confirm your appointment. This fee non-transferable and reflects your commitment to the booking, it will be deducted from your total investment. Please be aware that this fee is necessary for scheduling appointments in our system. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment. These policies help us manage last-minute cancellations, res, and "No Shows," which can leave gaps in schedule that are hard to fill without advance notice.
We accept all major credit cards (with a 3% service fee), debit cards, and. Please note that we do not accept checks or money.
CANCELLATION
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture your booking fee.
Missed complimentary touch-up appointments will be charged a $100 fee when rebooked.
LATE ARRIVALS
Kindly arrive on time; if you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment may be subject to cancellation.
NO SHOW
New Clients and touch-up appointments will incur a full charge on the credit card for the booked procedure. To schedule a future appointment, a new 50% non-refundable fee for missed appointments will apply.
Clients with a follow-up session will be subject to a $150 fee for missed appointment. Booking a future appointment will be treated as a touch-up, requiring a 50% booking fee.
TOUCH UP
Touch-Ups are only available for returning LY-BROWS BEAUTY clients. Unfortunately, we cannot provide touch-up procedures for work done by other tattoo artists.
If your initial procedure was performed by someone else, you will be considered a new client. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that online scheduling for touch-ups is not allowed, as we need to verify the correct touch-up rate based on your last appointment with us.
GUEST POLICY
Guests may only enter the studio with you if prior arrangements have been made. While we value the presence of children, we maintain a strict no-tolerance policy regarding them. their safety.
We kindly request that you leave your kids at home due to potential hazards. Our aim is to ensure the comfort of all our clients.
PHOTO/ VIDEO
Release
We may use images or videos on our website, social media, brochures, flyers, or any other advertising as deemed suitable. This encompasses all photographs, videos, audio, and other media created by our representatives. You can choose to waive any claims regarding the use of your images for these purposes, which can be indicated on consent form.
If you do not, we respect your choice and will note it in your profile. Please understand that, for liability reasons, we are required to take before and after photos for our records.
EXISTING BROW TATTOOS
We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval at lybrowstudio@gmail.com After sending your photos, please give us 1-3 business days for us to get back to you. If for any reason you schedule an appointment without approval from our team, your deposit will be forfeited.
IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS
Microblading and all permanent cosmetic procedures involve a multi-step appointment process. The healed results will differ each client, and we DO NOT guarantee specific outcomes. Additional sessions may be necessary for results, which will incur extra charges. While we strive to deliver quality service, various factors can influence the final outcome, as each client's process is unique.
To ensure your new brows heal correctly and achieve best appearance, please Follow to all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and After Care instructions. These guidelines are intended to minimize bleeding and skin sensitivities during the procedure, as excessive bleeding can affect pigment retention and lead to unsatisfactory results.
