POLICIES 

We DO NOT schedule appointments over the phone, also NO WALK-INS PLEASE.  The only way to schedule and Book a service appointment at Ly-Brows Studio is by Submitting a non-refundable and Non- Transferable DEPOSIT at the time of booking. No appointment will be scheduled without a deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS 

DEPOSIT

A $200 booking deposit is required to book any procedure at Ly-Brows Studio.  Without a deposit, no appointment time or date can be confirmed or secured and you can pay it through Online or at the studio. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of your appointment, the appointment will not be scheduled and you will lose your spot. NO PHONE CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT.

Deposits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE OR NON-TRANSFERABLE. Please ensure you read all information thoroughly before securing a deposit and will be deducted from the total price that is to be paid on the day of the procedure.

REFUND

The results of any cosmetic procedure cannot be guaranteed. Micro Pigmentation is an art, not exact science and your technician is an artist first and foremost. Individual results cannot be predicted and healing tendencies are unique to each person. Your input is important; therefore, your approval of the design is confirmed before any pigment is applied. Whether or not a client is satisfied with the outcome, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS . With that in mind, it’s always best to be conservative when having a new tattoo applied. It’s easier to add color than to take it away. 

LATE POLICES
We understand some events are unpredictable and kindly asked that you allow yourself enough time to arrive on time to your appointment. Clients who arrive 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment may be treated as a cancellation and will be rescheduled to the next availability. If you have the complementary Touch up appointment and you were late 15 minutes that means you have to pay an extra $200 for that retouch next time. No excuse it.

CANCELLATION
Your deposit will loss If you're canceled your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. 

 

RESCHEDULE

Any rescheduling must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment and allowed to reschedule it within 30 days of the original one. Failure to provide more than 48 hours notice of rescheduling will result in forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required for an additional booking. Your deposit will be lost If you cancel your appointment.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE

CONSULTATION

We provide consultations for free for $50 but that fee will go toward your procedure. Our consultations are 30 minute appointments. We believe an informed client with realistic expectations will be more satisfied with our treatments and results. Our consultations include education about your unique skin type and a comprehensive discussion about all options and techniques available for you. If you have any questions, we can answer those questions during your consultation.

COVID- 19 SRVICES APPOINMENT CANCELLATION

An inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19 exists in any public place where people are present. We will not accept a Covid-19 concern as a valid excuse to cancel or transfer your appointment. the only exception we make is if you test positive for Covid-19 during the time of your appointment. you must provide us with a verifiable positive test result emailed to Lybrowstudio@gmail.com. After verifying the stated positive results, you will be allowed to use your deposit to reschedule for a new date.

CORRECTIONS

We don’t work over the eyebrows/eyes/lips previously done elsewhere unless the pigment is 100% faded. But if you have had your eyebrows/eyes/lips previously tattooed/Microbladed in the past elsewhere and are interested in a re-done it, you MUST email us some clear photos to lybrowstudio@gmail.com prior to booking your appointment. We cannot guarantee results because in most cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work.

PRICING

Once your payment is made to Ly-Brows Studio through any of the methods previously stated or any other method, you agree your payment is not refundable and not transferable.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Venmo and Cash payments are preferred. We do not accept checks or money orders.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are not necessary but always appreciated. 

RESULT

Your lifestyle choices, age, genetics, and skin type will contribute to the retention of your pigment. If you use sun-beds, sunbathe, don’t use sun protection, smoke, use anti-aging creams or acidic cleansers over the tattooed areas, sweat daily. It WILL fade faster and you’ll need to come earlier for your refresh touch ups. Cosmetic tattoos are an art, not a science. Your results will vary and using makeup may still be needed, especially when wearing heavy coverage makeup and No two sides of the face are the same or perfectly symmetrical, nothing is guaranteed or 100% perfect.

Healed results will vary with each individual client.  We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. 

Absolutely NO guarantees will be made and no additional touch-ups will be performed earlier than 12 months after the last service to avoid skin trauma.

GUEST

Children and Pets are NOT allowed at Ly-Brows Studio.

REFUSE SERVICES

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our studio. If you are under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any mood-altering drugs/medications when you arrive at your scheduled appointment YOU APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED AND NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED. You will also forfeit your non-refundable booking fee and will be required to secure a new appointment with a new non-refundable booking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
